How to enjoy the relaxing and aerobic benefits of the Original Chi Machine:
It is very simple to use. Just lay down, put your ankles in the saddle of the machine and set the timer to the desired number of minutes you want the machine to run. The timer can be set from 1 to 30 minutes w/automatic shut-off.
The Mid Position:
Place both hands under your head with the fingers clasped. This position exaggerates the curves of the spine and will impart a stronger motion to the spinal column.
The Goldfish Position:
Lie with your arms relaxed by your sides at an angle of about 45 degrees. This position is particularly good for releasing tension and relaxing.
